Enhanced Outcomes
Enhanced Outcomes is a follow-up program that is unique to SleepCare’s
sleep centers. Here we record patient demographics, sleepiness and
quality of life at baseline and track them throughout their sleep
experience. This allows us to determine if the patient is seeing the
appropriate benefits from their treatment. In the event that there are
no improvements or a decline is seen, SleepCare will intervene to make
adjustments in prescriptions, equipment settings, masks or compliance.
We then pass this report onto the referring physician so that they can
view the overall effect of the sleep medicine process or assist is
treatment.
